Yummy Tip - Free Cholados at Cafecito Bogota This Saturday

Saturday - May 23, Cafecito Bogota is giving away 50 free cholados (basically a smoothie) beginning at 1pm to sample with your brunch!

Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Cafecito Bogota is a Colombian Arepas and Wine Bar serving up authentic specialties from South America.

Brunch favorites including Chángua Bogotana (egg and toast chowder), Caldo de Tortilla, (potato and scrambled eggs in a scallion broth) and Huevos Pericos (a Colombian version of Huevos Rancheros, scallion-and-tomato scrambled eggs over Arepa Paisa).

The wine list includes Argentine Malbecs, Southern-Brazilian Pinots, Chilean Carménéres, Spanish Riojas and Verdejos, and Portuguese Red and White Ports.
